We enjoy riding our Bike.................to Commute....

We've also gotten involved in building and riding "Recumbent" Bikes. After a bit of experimentation with odd configurations of bike parts, I purchased an unfinished frameset ( "Bentech") and finished it in time to ride it on the 1999 MS 150 "City-To-Shore" Bike Tour from Philadelphia Pa to Ocean City. NJ. My "Wes' Bentech" caused a lot of comment.

As with most "tinkers", while building the bike from the plans and recommendations of the designer, I departed somewhat in the running gear I used, as well as making a change in the seat supports to make the seat angle easily adjustable without changing the seat-to-pedal distance. Better pictures are on the way.....these will give you some idea of the finished product.
